It is very nice to come to 30+ group, I think coming to a group like this helps with "misguided" perceptions a LOT. It is a unique group of people encouraging each other and pushing towards a more healthy life. 30+ is not like any other gym program you get a non-threatening workout environment, nutritional support, life coaching, and the support group... AMAZING! TJM
