Mary has her own facility in Magnolia which you will come to. She will take you through a program specifically designed for you, making certain your technique is correct so you get the most benefit. You can continue to come in on a regular basis and train with Mary or come in periodically for adjustments to your program and corrections on technique.

Weight lifting is an excellent way for most people to gain muscle and bone strength, core balance, coordination, power and stamina. You will be challenged and your physical fitness will be enhanced in ways "sports in general" don't match. Weight training not only affects the physical it also helps individual's will power and determination grow exponentially.
