Open Water Swim Clinic Photos
Swimming in the open water is such a different experience from swimming in the pool that it takes some folks several tries to fully adapt to the various "challenges" of open water swimming. But they do and come out smiling!

Triathlon Clinics
The Triathlon Clinics give you the opportunity to try out and get coaching in all four legs of the Triathlon (yes I said 4) with your transition being the fourth. You swim for a bit and get coaching on open water technique, then you do your transisiton at full speed..you bike for a bit...another full blown transition, then running. There are surprising discoveries by all participants during the clinic and they always say, "I'm so glad I did this before my first Tri."

Pool Clinics
Nothing beats the pool clinics for working on stroke technique. Mary's pool clinics run year round and are at Queen Anne pool every Sunday morning and Mercer Island pool every Sunday night. See you there?

MMLF Coaches
The MMLF venues attract top level coaches many of which are there on a volunteer basis, simply because they love doing what they do. If you are a beginner or an advanced Triathlete (sounds kinda cool huh...you are a triathlete) you will find a coach that can offer great advice.
