The purpose of these drill videos is to assist swimmers to become more effective and efficient in the water.
Drills should be viewed and used as specific tools to improve your stroke by overemphasizing parts of the stroke. The method that drills attempt to use is to develop muscle memory. By isolating certain actions that the body will be perfroming, drills can be used to learn good positive habits while losing inefficiencies. Little occurs overnight, but much can occur in 10 days to two weeks. Keep at it.
