Beginner Pool Clinics and Technique and Efficiency Clinics
Our pool clinics teach people at all skill levels how to make swimming easier and more efficient.
The Beginner Clinic is for those who cannot swim one length of the pool using freestyle with correct breathing. Beginner clinic will help non-swimmers feel comfortable in the water. Clinics cover: Gaining confidence, breathing and the basics of freestyle stroke.
The Technique and Efficiency Clinic is intended for those interested in learning how to become a stronger swimmer. Improve speed, knowledge, endurance, efficiency and correct freestyle form. Clinics cover: Proper stroke technique, kicking, swim timing, body balance and alignment.

Pool Workouts (Swim Team)
Join us in this supportive environment of customized workout routines. Pool workouts are one hour and provide intermediate and advanced swimmers with coached sets. If you have your technique down and you are interested in improving your conditioning and speed, try our workouts! NO swim meets or racing.
Start with a clinic if you are not certain our workout is right for you.
