Triathlon BRICK Workout _________________



BRICK WORKOUTS; This is a program geared to help prepare you for the triathlon season. It is supervised brick workouts, either swim and bike or bike and run (specific bricks for each date).

Let's get out there and sweat!

Requirments: You don't have to be fast, but you must feel comfortable swimming 1/4 mile on your own. You must have sufficient bike skills to shift gears up and down with ease.

For those who are interested in improving race performance. Get in a new pace inspired by your peers.
