Camp participants receive technical instruction, individual feedback, training tips and practice on all three legs of the triathlon, including transitions.
First timers will learn how to best prepare for race day. Intermediates will learn how to build skills to improve performance.

This camp is great preparation for a triathlon in a matter of one day. It is a dynamic, fun, efficient way to get information and practice which typically takes many hours of trial and error to acquire.
You will build your technical skills, efficiency and understanding of what it will take to be a triathlete.
