Healthy Aging + Chronic Disease

Anyone experiencing changes in their physical and mental ability in response to aging or chronic disease is well aware of the daily challenges of life. It's essential to move your body and motivate your mind to overcome negative thoughts. It takes resilience.

Daily functions often become frustrating and consume large amounts of energy and time, leaving us depleted.

Specialized Wellness Plans are designed based on the individual. Please contact me to see if committing to a wellness plan is the right fit for your lifestyle.

My Personal Health & Fitness Story

I've been a competitive swimmer, skier and triathlete since the age of five. After a successful All-American collegiate swim career, my interest in personal training began during an internship piloting Weyerhaeuser’s corporate wellness program. This motivated the launching of a 35-year career as a personal & group fitness trainer, swim and triathlon coach, certified life success coach and a triathlon event and canine event producer.

I redesigned my lifestyle at age 45 when I was diagnosed with severe Spinal Multiple Sclerosis. I have also spent years assisting my father, also a lifelong athlete, after his Parkinson’s diagnosis at the age of 65.

Helping my father adapt to progressive changes in function gave me a deep understanding of the many challenges of aging. Watching his progression from able-body to disabled body taught me a unique perspective. These life experiences, with ongoing learning, inspired me to expand my specialized coaching programs to clients in pursuit of healthy aging and chronic disease support, at any age.
